1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.greenchargegroups.com (“Website”) operated by Greencharge Groups (comprising Greencharge Royale Limited, Green flag business innovations LTD, HMX Global Synergy LTD, Ada Chenge Divine Foundation, Fittings Corporate Services LTD, and Adachenge Limited). By accessing or using the Website and its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Website Ownership and Entity Responsibility

  • The Website is managed collectively by the Companies, with each entity responsible for its specific services.

  • For customer support, each Company may handle inquiries related to its service; however, a central support channel is available at Greenchargeroyalelimited@gmail.com for general issues.

3. Use of the Website

  • Users must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18 for certain services. While no strict age restriction is imposed for browsing, participation in transactions (e.g., job applications, memberships) may require adult consent.

  • Users must use the Website only for lawful purposes. Any misuse, including fraud, unauthorized transactions, or copyright infringement, is prohibited.

4. User Registration and Account

  • Registration may be required for job applications, membership, and certain services.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

5. Payment Terms and Clickwrap Agreement

  • Before any payment (for job applications, consultations, memberships, donations, etc.) is processed, users must actively agree (via a mandatory checkbox) to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.

  • The acceptance is evidenced by time-stamped records, transaction logs, and confirmation emails, which serve as proof of consent.

6. Dropshipping and Product Sales

  • Products sold via our dropshipping channels are supplied by third parties (DSers, AliExpress, Temu, etc.).

  • Product Quality and Images: Product images on the Website are representative only; actual products may vary.

  • Defective Products: Any claims regarding defective products must be directed to the supplier, as our liability is limited.

7. Consultation Services

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels a consultation, no refund is provided.

  • In the event a consultant fails to show up, the client may reschedule the consultation at the discretion of the Company; however, no automatic refund is provided.

  • Consultations are provided for guidance only, and no guarantee is made regarding outcomes or results.

8. Job Applications and Early Decision Process

  • A non-refundable application fee is charged for job applications, which does not guarantee an interview, hiring, or employment.

  • Submission of an application does not constitute a guarantee of job placement. Projects are not guaranteed to launch in any specific time frame, and in the event of delays or cancellations, no refunds will be issued.

  • Applicant data may be retained for up to five (5) years to consider candidates for future roles at the sole discretion of the Company.

9. Membership Applications

  • Membership fees are recurring and non-refundable.

  • Acceptance into membership programs is at the sole discretion of the Company. A membership does not guarantee participation in any specific program or event.

  • Unsuccessful membership applicants will not be issued refunds, and repeated applications do not guarantee eventual acceptance.

10. Donations

  • Donations made to the Ada Chenge Divine Foundation are voluntary and final.

  • Donations are processed through third-party payment processors. No refunds will be provided once a donation is confirmed.

  • Donors are not automatically provided with usage reports of their contributions.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Website, including logos, branding, text, and original images, is the property of the Companies.

  • Some images may be sourced from Wix Free Images or other third-party providers; such images do not necessarily represent the Companies.

  • Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing Website content without explicit written permission.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Employment/Project Launch: Job application fees and membership applications do not guarantee employment, interviews, or project launches.

  • Third-Party Products and Services: The Companies are not liable for issues arising from third-party dropshipping products, including defects, delays, or lost items. Such matters must be resolved with the respective supplier.

  • Payment Issues: We are not liable for third-party payment processing issues (e.g., Paystack, PayPal).

  • Content Accuracy: The Website content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

  • Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Companies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Nigerian law.

  • All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

  • International users agree to submit to Nigerian law and jurisdiction.

14. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Website signifies acceptance of the modified Terms.
